30 Day Free Return  

AurikJewels offers a 30 DAY NO QUESTIONS ASKED 100% RETURN or EXCHANGE policy. We want you to order our products with confidence and fall in love with them. If you don’t like it for any reason in the world, you can just go ahead and return it or exchange it, within 30 days of receiving the product.

As per our policy we give 100% cash refund if you inform us within 7 days from the date you receive the product.

After 7 days we give you a credit note worth 100% of the amount of your purchase which you can redeem till 30days of receiving the product, after 30 days all shipping and handling expenses shall be chargeable to the member.  

For return, the product should be in perfect and original condition and accompanied with the original certificate, tags and invoice. 

We do not offer return on customized products and on products whose value exceeds Rs 2, 00,000.  

There are no deductions or hidden charges. The 30 day return shipping is FREE.  

In case there is an exchange after 30 day, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the invoice price of the old product. 

The refund will be done in the same mode as the original payment. If there is a credit card payment, then the refund will be credited back to the customer’s credit card account. 

In case of cash deposit or cheque payment, the refund will be done via account payee cheque. The refund will be processed within 10 business days of the product and certificate being received satisfactorily.

Return Process

If you want to do a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product. They will take care of the return. We will organize the courier to pick up the product from your place and send it back to us. Other requirements like packaging the product will be facilitated by our customer service team.

Lifetime Exchange

AurikJewels offers a LIFETIME EXCHANGE policy for all its products. However, the product should not be damaged, the gold weight should be the same as at the time of purchase, all the diamond and stone pieces should be intact and the prongs should not be tampered with. Our jewellery expert will inspect the product before approving the exchange. The original invoice and certificates are required for the exchange.

The exchange can be done for one or more products such that their combined value is more than or equal to the exchange value of the product. The exchange value will be 85% of the current market price. AurikJewels will determine the current market value.

If the new product chosen has a higher price than the invoice price of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference.

Lifetime Repair and Maintenance

You will fall in love with our products and wear them frequently. This could lead to wear and tear damage over a period of time.  AurikJewels offers FREE LIFETIME REPAIR to ensure that our products are always as good as new and you can wear them to your hearts content without worry about wear and tear.

While the repair and polishing is FREE, customers will be charged at the market rates for replacement of any diamonds or gemstones.

 Pricing

AurikJewels is committed to offering the best value and best prices to their customers. We don’t advertise heavily nor have to invest in retail stores or lounges. This ensures that we charge you only for the product and not to cover our marketing and infrastructure costs.   

Our product prices are calculated using the metal and gemstone prices. These prices keep changing as market prices for metals and gemstones fluctuate. Our prices can change on any given day and without any notice. Customers will be charged as per the pricing on the day of the purchase.

Shipping 

AurikJewels provides FREE SHIPPING on all orders to be delivered WITHIN INDIA. Our delivery time is a maximum of 10 business days. The delivery is done through Blue Dart courier.

Our courier partner delivers to almost all corners ofIndia. Please check the delivery location list to see whether delivery can be made to your pin code. In case it is not covered, please call our customer service team and we will figure out a way.

We provide transit insurance and all our products are insured until the time of delivery. We request our customers to inspect the package at the time of delivery for any damages before signing the delivery receipt.

Packaging

AurikJewels delivers all their products in sturdy; tamper proof and weather resistant packaging to ensure no damage is done in transit.  The package is delivered in the safe box along with the certificates.

We offer gift packaging FREE on all deliveries. Please inform us and provide the gift message at the time of the order for gift packaging.  Our gift packaging will add to the delight of your loved one receiving the wonderful gift.

Certification

AurikJewels gets all their jewellery products certified by a reputed third party lab Identical Diamond & Gemological Laboratories(IDGL) . The certification covers gold quality and weight and the diamond/gemstone quality, weight, and shapes along with the product image. The gold is hallmarked. All solitaire products are accompanied with the original lab certificate of the loose diamond. All our loose diamonds are certified by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or International Gemological Institute (IGI) or European Gemological Laboratory (EGL). We adhere to the international conflict diamond policy.    

Payment Options

AurikJewels makes it extremely convenient for their customers to place orders by providing all possible payment options.

Customers can make purchases with credit card, debit card and online funds transfer. All visa and master cards are accepted.

Oflline payment options include cheque and cash deposit.  In case you are planning to make an offline payment, please call our customer service team and send the deposit receipt for payment confirmation.

There are NO CHARGES for making online or offline payments.

If the rule of the government mandates the customer to provide any details like PAN card number, then the customer will have to provide the same.
