How do I make a payment?

Aurik offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card Net Banking OR you can deposit a cheque in to our bank account or choose Cash on Delivery

Do you provide cash on delivery facility?

Yes we do , but only in Delhi/ NCR area.

I don't have a credit/debit card. Can I still make a purchase at Aurik jewels?

ofcourse! You can try either of the following modes of payment:

Internet banking - You may use your internet-enabled bank account to make the purchase online.

No, we do not offer any discounts. Our all-inclusive MRP is already lower than most stores since our products are offered directly from the manufacturer and with no overheads like rent, inventory costs, etc. We are able to pass on this benefit to all our customers instead of discounts.

How much does it cost me to have an Aurik product delivered to my home?

Aurik provides Free shipping on all items within India.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. It will be delivered to your address within 10 working days. This includes the time taken to individually handcraft each product and ship it to your delivery address.

How will the delivery be done?

We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers like Blue Dart and speed post.

What about security of the products in transit?

We fully insure each order all the way to your doorstep, which means your shipment, is risk-free in transit. It is important that the authorized person accepts the package and only receives it if it is sealed and not tampered with.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once you have clicked on “proceed to checkout”, Aurik jewels sends you a confirmation email immediately for your order to the email address that you mentioned in the order. In the email, you will be provided with a Order ID such as 'E1397' for all future correspondence, list of items you have ordered from each boutique and total charges. Note: If you don't receive a confirmation email, you should send an email providing your {name, phone} to support@Aurikjewels.com.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

Yes. All you have to do is call our jewellery experts who would love to modify your order/s as per your needs.

Do i need to pay extra charges for modifying the product after it has already made?

No, we will not charge single penny from you for modifying your jewellery again. You can modify the size, color or shipping address of your order.

Is it important that I buy a diamond that is accompanied by a certificate?

Yes. Buying with a certificate from a recognized authority such as the AGS, GIA or IGI means that your diamond has the credentials to be recognized worldwide as a valuable item. Resale values of diamonds drop drastically when unaccompanied by a certificate. Also, a certificate makes you sure about the authenticity and purity of your diamond.

Does all AURIK JEWELS jewellery come accompanied with a certificate?

All diamonds are accompanied by their original and unique diamond certificate. We do, of course, assure that all our diamonds are real, natural and "conflict-free".

Can I resize my Ring?

We offer complimentary ring resizing within 7 days from shipping date. If the design doesn't permit resizing, we will replace the ring free of cost with a new ring of the new size.

What will my packing be like?

Your jewellery will arrive in exclusive AURIK JEWELS gift boxes.

What should i do if i found my product has been opened or tampered with upon delivery?

If you feel the package has been tampered or opened, do not accept it from the courier, call us immediately on our Toll Free number and we will look at it immediately and get back to you.

Return

What is your Return Policy?

we offers a 30 DAY NO QUESTIONS ASKED 100% RETURN or EXCHANGE policy. We want you to order our products with confidence and fall in love with them. If you don’t like it for any reason in the world, you can just go ahead and return it or exchange it, within 30 days of receiving the product.

As per our policy we give 100% cash refund if you inform us within 7 days from the date you receive the product.

After 7 days we give you a credit note worth 100% of the amount of your purchase which you can redeem till 30 days of receiving the product, after 30 days all shipping and handling expenses shall be chargeable to the member.

For return, the product should be in perfect and original condition and accompanied with the original certificate, tags and invoice.

We do not offer return on customized products and on products whose value exceeds Rs 2, 00,000.

There are no deductions or hidden charges. The 30 day return shipping is FREE.

In case there is an exchange after 30 day, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the invoice price of the old product.

The refund will be done in the same mode as the original payment. If there is a credit card payment, then the refund will be credited back to the

customer’s credit card account.

In case of cash deposit or cheque payment, the refund will be done via account payee cheque. The refund will be processed within 10 business days of the product and certificate being received satisfactorily.

How do I return the product to Aurick Jewels?

As soon as we receive your request we will courier you a aurik jewels tamper proof package. This will come pre-printed with our return address and unique serial number. It will also have your Name and Address on the outside return area.

Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by AURIK JEWELS. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.

Once your package is ready, just contact our customer support team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.

Once your returned item is received by Aurik jewels, your refund will be processed.

Will you withhold some shipping charges when I return the product within 7 days?

No. When we said, we'll return the money you paid in full, we meant it.

Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you within 30 days?

We offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products.

Can i return the product after seven days of delivery date ?

Yes, you can. But in return you will be receiving a credit note worth 100% of your purchase which you can redeem till 30 days of receiving the product, This credit note can be used to purchase jewellery available on our website, or any other design of yours choice .

Just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you have made your payment using a Credit Card, Debit Card, net banking or EMI and would like a refund to your bank account, please get in touch with our customer support team, and tell us through which mode you would like to take refund.

Exchange

What is your Exchange Policy?

we offers a LIFETIME EXCHANGE policy for all our products. However, the product should not be damaged, the gold weight should be the same as at the time of purchase, all the diamond and stone pieces should be intact and the prongs should not be tampered with. Our jewellery expert will inspect the product before approving the exchange. The original invoice and certificates are required for the exchange.

The exchange can be done for one or more products such that their combined value is more than or equal to the exchange value of the product. The exchange value will be 85% of the current market price. We will determine the current market value.

If the new product chosen has a higher price than the invoice price of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference.

Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

Yes, you can. Kindly get in touch with our customer care associates to confirm the date of delivery.

Is it possible to make customised jewellery?

yes our custome-made service provides you with the opportunity to be involved in every step of the creation of a one-of-a-kind piece of jewellery that is designed and crafted to your personal requirements. Please note that we are also able to Special Order one of our existing pieces to your specifications.

Can I order a ring in a size that isn't offered on the site?

Of Course, we do accept orders for custom sizes. Please call our Customer care team and they will be able to help you. You can customize the gold karatage and the diamond colour-clarity combination as per your budget.

What if I don't know the ring size?

We have a complimentary plastic ring sizer that we'd be happy to send across to you.Give us a call, and we will start the process according to your suitability.

Is it possible to place an order for a piece of jewellery in a different metal colour?

Invest in Gold

All you need to do is deposit a fixed installment every month for a period of 11 months with AURIK JEWELS. The 12th month installment will be paid by AURIK JEWELS and you will be entitled to jewelry of that amount.

Term and conditions

You can enroll through Aurik sales representative, the Aurik jewels website "aurikjewels.com or walk in at Aurik jewels office. You will need to submit a proof of age, passport/PAN card/ration card/driver's license, along with the enrollment form.

We accept credit card, debit card, cheque, cash payments. Please note, in case of a bounced cheque, a charge of Rs. 250 will be levied. Enrollments are done only when the first payment is made. As a registered customer, you receive a thly receipt cum balance statement every month from the enrolment. you can login to you account and check yor balance.

The scheme is not transferrable. However, you have an option of assigning a nominee while registering for the scheme. The nominee will have to furnish proof of identity and address at the time of redemption.

The last date that you can make payment every month is on or before 15 th of every month.

In case if you miss 2 consecutive installments, by the end of 3rd month all the overdues need to be settled. If settled and paid regularly thereafter, the maturity period will not get extended beyond 12 months, otherwise the scheme will lapse. If lapsed, whatever is the balance in your account will be available for the purchase of diamond jewellery.

If you wish to discontinue.We would be sorry to see you go! However, in exceptional circum-stances during the course of the scheme, if you wish to withdraw, you will have to make a jewellery purchase equal to the amount you have saved. No cash refunds will be given.

If the member expires during the tenure of the saving plan, if the nominee wishes,To continue in the scheme, he/ she may do soTo discontinue, he/she can buy diamond jewellery of the saved

Who is eligible to register?

Anyone above 18 years of age is eligible to enroll in this “invest in gold”.

Is it possible to change the amount in between?

sorry, its not possible to change the amount after the first installment has already been made. But However, you can always enroll and create a new account under this investment scheme.

Can I pay all installments at once?

To avail the 12th month free installment from Aurik jewels you need to pay installments every month.

But in case , if you are willing to wait till 12 months to make a purchase after paying all the installments, then you are certified and can avail the 12th month free installment from Aurik jewels.

Till when can I redeem my account after maturity?

Since you have paid all the installments ,You can redeem your account at any time after the payment of your last installment (11 months)

Can I get to buy before maturity of scheme?

You can buy jewellery for the amount that is accumulated till date, but you will not avail the 12th month free installment from Aurik jewels in case you buy before the maturity date.

Can I get a Cash refund?

No, cash refunds are not allowed in invest in gold scheme.
